Project features: Jinan Mingfucheng Cultural Tourism Craft Beer Project is the provincial preferred project and municipal key project in 2022. After the project is completed, it will become the craft beer production base with the largest production capacity in China, it will not only promote the upgrading of regional beer industry, but also become the first craft beer tourism base in Shandong province with the development mode of “industry + cultural tourism”. This project can realize an annual output of 30,000,000 litres of craft beer and achieve an annual output value of 800 million yuan , meanwhile employ more than 1000 people.
Jinan Mingfu City Cultural Tourism Craft Beer Project features a comprehensive production system that includes two brewhouse systems (capacities of 2,500 L and 15,000 L), nearly 100 fermentation tanks, and supporting infrastructure for hot- and cold-water supply and multifunctional CIP (Clean-in-Place) cleaning. To ensure quality, all equipment was fabricated and assembled at the factory before being transported to the site as complete units. The project adheres to high standards in design, manufacturing, and installation; it actively responds to national energy conservation and emission reduction initiatives while simultaneously ensuring high production efficiency.
