Part 1 – From Curiosity to Craft
For many beer enthusiasts, the first step into homebrewing starts with a simple question: “Why not brew my own beer?”
As homebrewing gains popularity, more and more hobbyists realize that using just a pot and a single fermentation tank often makes it difficult to achieve consistent results and flavor. This is where a well-designed homebrew system can truly transform the brewing experience.
A professional homebrew system ensures stability throughout the brewing process: temperature control is easier, sanitation is maintained, and every step is more organized. This not only enhances the joy of brewing but also makes sharing your creations with friends and family more rewarding. Since homebrew equipment is often placed in basements, garages, or spare rooms, safety and efficiency are equally important. For those looking to experiment with recipes or lay the foundation for a future small brewery, process control is essential.
Part 2 – Flexible Systems for Home and Small-Scale Brewing
The SDET homebrew system series is designed for home and small-scale brewing, offering capacities from 50L to 120L. These systems are ideal for personal use, sharing with friends, or multiple test batches. The setup can also be customized to meet your specific needs, with flexible adjustments to capacity or configuration. In addition, we offer complementary equipment such as malt mills and filling machines to support a complete brewing workflow.
Key Features of SDET Homebrew System
Brewhouse System: Integrated mash/ lauter tun and kettle/whirlpool tun with plate heat exchanger, wort pump, PT100 temperature probes, control system, and complete piping and valves.
Fermentation System: Standard setup includes 3 fermentation tanks (adjustable as needed) with cooling system, PT100 probes, pressure and safety valves, sampling valves, solenoid valves, and CIP cleaning balls.
Compact Trolley Design: Choose between a bolted base or mobile wheels. All piping is pre-connected at the factory—simply plug in the power and start brewing.

Heating Method: The kettle tank uses electric heating elements, eliminating the need for gas and making the operating environment more flexible and safer. It is also equipped with a temperature probe for precise temperature control.
Level Sensor: Equipped with an IFM level sensor positioned above the electric heating elements, it prevents the wort from running dry during the boiling process.

Sieve plate (False Bottom): Designed to the same standards as professional brewing equipment, the sieve plate helps form the grain bed and achieve efficient filtration. The side discharge port allows for easy removal of spent grains, making operation more convenient.

Fermenters: Double-layer insulated structure with a dimple plate jacket, allowing for more efficient cooling.

Part 3 – 60L or 120L? Which One Suits You Better?
60L Homebrewing System is suitable for:
Users who are new to professional homebrewing equipment
Daily home brewing and personal consumption
Users with limited space or lower operation frequency
120L Homebrewing System is suitable for:
Users looking to increase production or conduct multiple batch experiments
Scenarios involving frequent sharing with friends or events
Preparation for future upgrades or small-scale commercial brewing
Both capacities maintain the same design philosophy and user experience, differing only in scale and efficiency.
Part 4 – Focus on Flavor, Not Fuss
The true joy of homebrewing lies in experimenting with recipes, refining flavors, and sharing the results. A well-designed homebrew system should reduce hassle, not add to it—helping you focus on the craft and the taste.
