If you are satisfied with our quotation and ready to place an order, the following outlines the standard SDET order process, helping you understand each stage in advance for smooth project execution:
Part 1 – SDET Order Process
1. After you pay a 40% deposit, the payment is expected to reach our account within one week. We will then start the project by preparing detailed production drawings and sending them to you for technical discussion and configuration confirmation.
2. Once the drawings are confirmed, we will proceed with procurement and production. During production, you do not need to follow up actively; we will provide weekly production progress reports so you can monitor the status and stay informed in real time.
3. As the equipment nears completion, we will inform you of the estimated completion date and schedule inspection. If you are unable to visit China, we will provide comprehensive inspection documentation, including photos of the completed equipment, raw material certificates, pressure test reports, quality inspection reports, PED / ASME certificates, etc., for your remote verification.
4. After you confirm the equipment meets your requirements and pay the balance, we will arrange the shipping booking immediately upon receipt of the final payment, and confirm the necessary shipping details with you, including company name, tax ID, address, contact person, email, and phone number.
5. After booking is confirmed, the factory will carry out thorough cleaning and professional packaging of the equipment, and arrange delivery to the Chinese port.
We have dedicated logistics specialists to handle customs clearance and shipping coordination. 1–2 weeks after the vessel departs, we will provide you with documents required for clearance at the destination port. We will also provide the shipping company’s tracking website and the bill of lading number so you can monitor the shipment in real time, or you may contact us directly for updates. Before the goods arrive at the destination, our local agent will contact you in advance to prepare for customs clearance and local delivery, and we will also send reminder emails.
We can provide full-process transportation services, including destination customs clearance, local transport, and delivery, depending on the agreed shipping terms.
6. Once the equipment arrives at your site, we will provide professional installation and training services (see previous chapter for details) to ensure your project is successfully commissioned.
Part 2 – Timeline
