BREWHOUSE DESCRIPTION AND DETAILS
Mash tun
- Bottom agitator in mash tun;
- Heating jacket placed on the side wall and bottom;
- Fully automatic control of steam flow, pressure and temperature.
Lauter tun
- Pegasus design;
- False bottom intermediate shielding technology with nti-vacuum controller;
- Advanced raker speeds up the production time (10 to 12 batches/day);
- Special flushing head placed on bottom of the false bottom to prevent spent grains clogging the false bottom.
Kettle
- Internal boiling calandria with wort spreader;
- Heating jacket placed on side wall and bottom;
- Fully automatic control of steam flow, pressure and temperature.
Whirlpool
- Inverted cone angle design;
- Equipped with an electric rotary spray device at the bottom;
- The angle between the wort inlet on the side wall and the tangent line is 20°.
FERMENTERS DESCRIPTION AND DETAILS
- Indoor fermenters and open-air fermenters are optional based on factory conditions;
- The diameter-to-height ratio is 1:3.5, with 3 to 4 sections of cooling zone to ensure optimal cooling efficiency;
- Laser welding, pressure resistant and no deformation;
- Supporting sanitary safety components on top of the tank.
