We offer beer fermentation tanks with ultra-precise welding and polishing, complete traceability, and validated material quality to meet all international safety standards, we provide fermenters with capacity from 1 HL to 5000 HL, as well as specialize in custom fermentation tanks of any size for a wide array of industries.
Beer Fermenter Specification
ALL OUR FERMENTERS ARE BUILT TO THE FOLLOWING SPECIFICATIONS:
> Minimum 25% & 20% headspace for fermenter and brite tank
> Construction material is SUS304/SUS316, welding seams fully polished
> Interior surface mirror polished or pickled and passivated treatment
> Insulated with high-density polyurethane foam
> Dimpled jackets placed on shell and bottom welded by laser
> Dish head on top and 60-degree cone on bottom
> CIP arm with 360° coverage spraying ball
> Pressure tested at 45psi
> Positive and negative pressure safety valve for tank protection
> Thermowell for high-accuracy temperature sensor
> Sample valve placed on tank body
> Spunding valve placed on CIP arm
> TC carbonation stone for easy carbonization treatment(optional on fermenter)
> Hops port on top which is convenient for producing various flavors of beer
> Sanitary beer level tube with SUS scale plate
> Rotating racking arm placed on the cone for beer outlet
> Hook for ladder safety
