SDET BREW established a 500L Kombucha brewing project for Aquela Kombucharia in Portugal. This project is composed of 500L boiling tank, 2pcs open fermenters, 3pcs pressure fermentation tanks, glycol water tank with chiller, warm water tank for fermenters heating, CIP cleaning system, controlling system, water treatment system, glass bottle filling system and so on.
This kombucha project runs well and we have received positive feedback from customers.
