• Combined mash & lauter tun, equipped with raker and false bottom. The spent grains outlet is placed on the side wall, and most of the spent grains will be automatically removed through the action of the scraper.
• Before the lautered wort is transferred to the kettle, there is a balance column, that works for storing the wort and protecting the false bottom.
• Combined kettle & whirlpool, steam jackets placed on the side wall and bottom. On the pipe where the hot wort comes out of the kettle and returns to the whirlpool, we added a tubular heat exchanger to quickly cool the wort to about 80 degrees to add hops.
• The top cone-shaped cover replaces the dish head, and the double-layer insulation structure saves energy and prevents operator burns.
• The full glass manhole & sight light on the top of the tank allow you to see every process happening inside the tank more intuitively. We can customize the manhole with your logo.
