1000L Brewery Project from Start to Finish ~ One Example of Brewtal Brew Co. Croatia
This 1000l brewery project consists of a 500kg/h milling system, 1000l 2-vessel brewhouse, 4*1000l fermentation tanks, 1*2000l glycol water tank, 2*5HP chiller, 1*100l two tanks CIP unit, 1* SUS control panel, 1*100l hop gun, 1*kegs filler and washer and so on.
The Brewtal Brew Co. project began with an inquiry on November 29, 2023, from Croatia about beer brewing equipment. It involved multiple stages of communication:
Step1. Brewing Process Confirmation (Nov. 29, 2023 – Jan. 9, 2024):
43 emails exchanged over 40 days to finalize the brewing process and P&ID drawings.
Step2. Equipment Configuration (Jan. 9 – Feb. 2, 2024):
23 emails confirmed the 1000L beer brewing equipment configuration and layout design.
Step3. Final Configuration and Contract (Feb. 2 – Feb. 9, 2024):
9 emails confirmed the 1000L complete brewery details and configurations, discussed the details and signed the contract and 40% deposit received.
Step4. Drawings confirmation (Feb. 9 – Feb. 22, 2024):
It took 13 days, coinciding with the Chinese New Year holiday, and through 7 emails, both parties completed the confirmation of all brewery tanks production drawings, and the order was issued to the factory to start the production process.
Step5. Production (Feb. 22 – May 24, 2024):
It took nearly 3 months to communicate the production progress through almost 40 emails, and finally the equipment was loaded into the container and started the long journey from China to Croatia.

Step6. Assembly and Commissioning (Sep. 4 – Sep. 24, 2024):
Equipment was successfully installed and commissioned at the customer’s factory in Zadar, Croatia.
The installation process went smoothly. I wish the customer’s beer business will get better and better.
