As SDET BREW, we are honored to sign a contract with this Uzbek customer for a complete set of beer brewing equipment with a daily output of 10,000L. This is our second brewery project in Uzbekistan.
All equipment was transported to the customer site by rail, and SDET BREW provided transportation assistance and on-site installation and training.
The equipment configuration of this project is as follows:
- 1x Automatic malt handling system
- 1x 3500L five vessels brewhouse with platform and pipelines
- 1x 10000L hot liquor tank
- 1x Control panel for brewhouse
- 16x 10000L conical fermenters
- 1x Control panel for fermenters
- 1x 10000L cold liquor tank
- 1x 10000L glycol water tank
- 4x 32HP chiller
- 1x 2000L CIP cleaning system (only for fermenters)
- 1x 1000L CIP cleaning system (only for brewhouse)
- 1x Air compressor system
- 1x keg filler + keg washer
- 1x Yeast propagation system
- 1x Beer filter
- 1x Beer flash pasteurizer
- 1x Water treatment system
