3.Installation

1) Demand of space: The space of installation must be with electricity, air, water, CO2 sources and good draining condition.

2) Connect the beer bottle filling machine with beer source, air source, water source and Co2 source.

3) Connect the power.

4.Filling

1).Turn the cylinder pressure valve to 0.4~0.5Mpa, CO2 pressurized valve to 0.1-0.15 MPA.

2)Turn on the beer source valve, air source valve and Co2 source valve.

3). Put the bottles into the positioning plate. Press the "Start" button, and it will stop automatically after finish the filling process.

4).Turn to Capping Station, press the green "cap" button for 3-5 seconds ,then loosen the cap button, and the cylinder lifts, then the capping process finish.

Note: If too much beer spilled from the exhaust pipe when filling, please adjust by intercepting valve adjusting nut. Turn the adjusting nut clockwise, the flow rate of beer is slow, and beer loss is less; and vice-versa.

5). CIP operation

a. Touch "CIP" on touch screen.

b. Connect the CIP liquid to CIP inlet on the top of the beer tank, and connect the beer inlet to drainage

c. press start button , it will wash the beer tank automatically, put bottles on the filling station, press "start" button again, it will wash filling heads automatically.

d. Press "stop" button after CIP, the filling heads goes up, press stop button again, CIP finished.
